TipityCAMS is operated by Tipity Labs and provides a curated index of publicly available live webcam streams from around the world — including wildlife, nature, cities, airports, and breaking-event feeds. All video content is sourced from third-party providers and embedded via their public players. TipityCAMS does not host, record, or control any of the underlying streams. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TipityCAMS. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to:
TipityCAMS embeds live video from third-party providers (including Windy.com, Webcam.travel, YouTube, and others). We have no control over third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, or legality. Individual cam streams may go offline, change, or be removed without notice. Your interaction with embedded video is also governed by the respective provider's terms.
If you opt in to push notifications for breaking events, you may unsubscribe at any time through your browser's notification settings. We are not responsible for notification delivery delays caused by device or browser limitations.
The TipityCAMS name, branding, code, and design are owned by Tipity Labs. Embedded webcam streams and external data remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute TipityCAMS content without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TIPITY LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT STREAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ACCURATE. LIVE WEBCAM AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON THIRD-PARTY UPTIME OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIPITY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT VIEWED THROUGH IT.
We reserve the right to block access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the Effective Date at the top.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
